Thank you for your interest in the Digital Images of the Exeter Book reproduced with permission of the University of Exeter.

Terms:

  1. Written permission must be obtained from both organisations.
  2. Permission is granted only for one usage in the Publication in one edition and in one language. Additional language or publications must be separately licensed.
  3. Each image must be reproduced unaltered and in its entirety unless approved in writing by the two organisations.
  4. Each image must be accompanied by a formal acknowledgement using the following text: ‘Image(s) reproduced with permission of the University of Exeter, Digital Humanities and the Dean & Chapter, Exeter Cathedral’.
  5. Duplicates may not be made of photographic material supplied by the two organisations without written permission.

How to complete the application

Applications are processed in the order received.

All applications are subject to the necessary approvals being obtained.

  1. Please review the charges before submitting an application form. The two organisations reserve the right to change the process as published. Payment will be requested prior to the release of the images. (Please note an invoice can be prepared to enable payment by BACS).
  2. Please read the terms of use. In addition to the terms of use the applicant further agrees: a) To promptly pay all fees b) To supply a complimentary copy of the publication to Exeter Cathedral Library
  3. Please check the box at the bottom of the Application Form to indicate that you have read and agree to the Terms of Use.
  4. Please complete and submit the request.

The information that you have provided will be held by the two organisations for their records. The data will be stored on a secure computer system and used in relation to your request. We will never swap, share or sell your information to a third party. You can ask to be removed from our records at any time by emailing or writing to the Data Officer.
